stock laws

A neighbors cattle have been on our place in San Saba County for over two months. They are two places removed from us so we can't just run them back on their place. I can't get them to come & pick them up & they won't sell them to me. What can I do to resolve this?

Re: stock laws

Send them a bill for grazing. Advise them in writing, certified mail, return receipt requested, that you have a pasturer's lien on the cattle for the grazing fee, that you have the right to foreclose on your lien, and that you can sell the cattle to pay your fee and the costs of auction.
