Unlawful Detainer
Just served an unlawful detainer. The complaint is to the homeowner because of forclosure. My name is not on the complaint and I am the tennant. Complaint filed after 3 day notice. I have had a written lease since 2004. How do I file?
Motion to quash, demurrer, or answer, along with prejudgment claim of right to possession.
Need help quick.

File an answer, and list the fact that you are not the homeowner as an affirmative defense.
