Workplace Bully

I am a senior staffer who has been experiencing on the job bullying by my supervisor. Most recently I unfairly received a negative review in which I was given goals that don't actually reflect my background and experience. What I find troubling is that I was told that these goals were nonnegotiable. For example, one goal stated that I was not to decline acceptance of projects or assignments, yet I have repeatedly seen coworkers of the same rank or lower do so. Is that possible for him to make such demands on me? Must I agree to this when it doesn't seem fair and would only serve to hurt me in the long run?

Re: Workplace Bully

No. You must fight back to have him or them leave you alone. You have a right not to be treated differently
