I have two DWIs aged at least 10years can I get a passport???
Not aware of any bar to you getting a passport. However, some countries, like Canada, will deny you entry to their countries.
A passport is only proof of citizenship, needed to travel abroad.
transfering money from one company to another
I own two small businesses (both real estate companies). My goal at the beginning of 2008 was to phase 1 business out while funding the new business.
In doing so, I have been taking the profits out of Company A and putting them in my personal account. Then, I would fund Company B from my personal account. I did this as to not break the ''corporate veil''. As a side note. I can not show that Becuase Company B is now a franchised company, I can not show it was funded by Company A.
Given the above, I realize I am going to have a tax problem this year becuase it ''appears'' I took a big salary from Company A, when in fact, all I did was fund company B. Is there a way to minimize this tax problem without breaking the corporate veil?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

MD Title Insurance Policy
I recently purchased a home in Maryland. I have been recently notified that the title company failed to find and disclose a tax lien against the property and open building code violations that were on file with the local municipal. According to the local municipal the house is uninhabitable, an inspection of the property by a city official reveal conditions in need of repair and work that had been done that the original owner did not obtain building permits to do. All of these items were part of public record prior to my settlement. I am being told I must tear out walls etc...to have the work done up to code standards. I am concerned because if the title company had revealed these open building violations when the title search was done, I would have been able to force the owner to remedy this situation. Can anyone tell me if they think this might be a valid claim against a home owner--name removed--title insurance policy? I am thinking of pursuing it with them.
