Yes, if the lease is up, or if you are on month-to-month then on 30-days notice in the first year and 60-days notice any time after that. The only exceptions are if it is for a discriminatory reason against a protected class you belong to, such as race, gender or family statuts, if it is retaliation for taking legally protected action against the landlord, such as reporting code violations, or if you live in a location that has a "just cause" ordinance on evictions (which by your zip code it does not appear you do).
