Or are they completely separate and one does not affect the other? It is still early in the process and I've done a ton of research. Am trying to decide whether to just plead 894 on my own or hire an attorney and go to trial.

i never received an arbitration formand hence i was later sued by nca , i have a judgement .. they sold my account to another agency -- but i;ll never be able to repay anything i semi retired and make less thna 20,00 for a family of 3 --will i still have to pay and/ or be garnish the new agenty said they are going to sue me again
