Re: Disorderly Conduct

Disorderly conduct is a violation of the New Jersey Criminal code if you were charged under N.J.S. 2C:33-2, and on that charge you can face up to 30 days in jail and $500 in fines, as well as having a criminal record. However, some towns have their own disorderly conduct laws, and if that is the case then the penalties would be different. I would need to talk to you in more detail to give you an exact answer to your question. Please contact me to discuss this. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
