Call tour credit card, report it as a fraud, and they willlikely reverse the transaction.

My first cousin passed away last June 2009, She lived in Queens NY. Her husband passed away in 1996 and their only child passed away on May 1984. The will was prepared in mid 1995. Her husband was named as the primary beneficiary and executor. My sister and I were the secondary beneficiaries. My sister, the secondary executor, had to get bonded even though the will specifically said that no bond was required.
Why is the probate court making us do a genealogy search for first cousins on her father�s side when the will is specific to us?
Crime victim is being evicted because her attacker after getting out of jail created a disturbance at victims front door. Is this legal?
Easement Law
My Neighbor has an easement for egress/ingress across my property. This is his only access to his residence. Recently he started a home occupancy which requires large trucks to use easement. The home occupancy is legal based on our zoning code.
My question is can the business (home occupancy) use the easement without negotiating easement usage with me? Can the home owner start using the easement for commercial purposes?
Basically do I have a legal right to stop the trucks from using the easement?
