How do I have the current order of child support increased?
MY 14 YEARS OLD SON'S FATHER RESIDES IN NEW YORK STATE. HE CONTINUES TO FINANCIALLY SUPPORT MY SON, HOWEVER MINIMALLY. MY SON'S FATHER OWNS AND OPERATES HIS OWN BUSSINESS AND OFTEN COMMUNICATES HIS OUTSTANDING PROFITS WITH ME. RECENTLY I ASKED HIM TO IMPROVE THE FINANCIAL ALLOWANCE HE GIVES FOR HIS SON AND HE REFUSES. WHAT CAN I DO TO HAVE THE CURRENT SUPPORT REVIEWED AND POSSIBLY INCREASED SINCE WE LIVE IN DIFFERENT STATES?
