When you call its just a recording saying the courts are closed till April 2nd. This case is for family law and have no Idea what some one is suppose to do??? Can anyone help??
Check the court website. In LA County, only listed "emergencies" are being handled til mid-April.
If your matter isn't a n emergency, try to be patient. I get a few emails EVERY DAY from the LA Superior Court due the constantly COVID-19 global pandemic and their attempt to respond to it while balancing the rights of litigants against this public health disaster.
You must check the court web site for the latest orders and announcement. Some courts are not taking any in person hearings.
Wait until April 2nd or when the court reopens and call and ask. If your court date is before April 2nd, you obviously do not have to go. It is my understanding that the court will contact all parties with court dates within the closure time frame and give them new dates.

On my interview, I was nervous of

me a question, I answered but it
wasn't accurate, i didn't remember at

send more evidence and I am
thinking to send a letter of apology
mentioning I was nervous b/c
interview. Any recomendations!!!!
my mother passed away 3 years ago and my oldest brother went and was appointed by the courts as administraror.. he is stealing all the money and will not close the estate
I would like to move from Ohio to Arizona with my, 7 year old, son. I am the Residential Parent. I want to be close to my 74 year old Mother (my son's only living Grandparent). The Custody Agreement says I need to inform the Court if I intend to have my son out of the state longer than 30 days. How do we relocate legally?
