i been in this case for about 5 to 6 yrs now did most what the is asking finish classes everything ..but 3 children 2 a case the other is not.. and they just removed her this county workers supervisor my lawyer all against me i have court comes up April 7 2020..my children were replace with my parents and was removed from my parents home and explain why..there is a lot of fail information going on with cps to the judge to the point i haven't spoke to cause my lawyer tells no i cant...it getting closer to were court is coming up and am losing..cause no one want to listen to me about whats going on with case..
Sounds like you’re in probate court with pro with guardianship. I’m sorry that no one wants to listen to you, but we are not in a position to be a therapist for anyone. And we have a much higher bills to pay the most people realize.
Everything we do costs us money, including staying educated, getting papers filed with the court, making appearances in court, the list goes on. So while I can feel for your pain, no one is going to be able to help you for free.

Your court hearing set for 4/7 is almost certainly not happening either, again, because of COVID-19. The LA Superior Court just announced they're closed except for emergency matters for a month, til 4/17.
Criminal or civil conversion?
To keep it short, we paid a contractor to put in a concrete driveway on 10-31-07, the driveway was never installed and he admitted to us that he used our money to finish another job, and he could not afford to do our driveway. We paid him in full, 1500 dollars. We took a loan out at the bank for this purpose, which I can prove. So I was wondering if we are entitled to the intrest we are paying on the loan, and damages. Also, could he be charged criminally?
