Your permanent resident status is conditional. Prior to expiration of your green card both you and your wife need to submit a petition to remove conditions on your status. You cannot do so if you are separated from your wife. You need to get divorced, re-marry and start the whole process all over again.

Phyiscal Custody and child support
I am a father who was just rewarded physical custody in coourt Dec 23. The biological mom agreed to me and my wife having him mon thru Friday with 2 weekends a month. During the court sesion none of us had finacial paper work done. I was asked if I wanted child support and said yes. the judge continued our case for Febuary to determine child support.
the judge realy seem to point the finger at my ex the mother has needing to provide child support. From the research done I believe the custodial parent is always awarded child support. do you know if this is true? The mother has been paying me cash from what is being deducted out of my paycheck becuase the wage ganishments are in the process of being stopped per court order unitll the next court date to determine support oblegator.
Child Support Guidelines
(Section G 1) Says that if the obligor pays health insurance, he gets credit (reduction) for half of the cost of family health coverage.
Further says : ''However, there shall be no reduction if the obligor has a preexisting family health insurance policy which could be amended to name the additional dependents to the policy at no cost to the obligor.''
My soon to be ex-husband has had the family coverage since before we were married, he intends to keep the coverage for me and kids (until emancipated). Keeping us on the plan will not cause any change in the health insurance premium.
Is this considered ''preexisting'' health coverage? Can he get the credit for family health insurance coverage?

Enforcing a P&S contract
We have a signed contract to sell our mobile home for $32,000, 2 weeks ago we agreed & signed to drop the sale price at the buyers request to $29,000, now the buyer says she wants the price reduced to $19,000 or else she won't buy it. Can she do that or can we enforce the $29,000 contract since she signed the agreement also?
We have asked the probate lawyer (MA) of my dad's estate to remove himself as the probate lawyer on record. How long should that take?
