I am not retaining an attorney in my purchase of a home in New Jersey. I am attaching a Rider I drafted up to be included in the real estate contract that both Buyer and Seller will sign. During "attorney review", does the attorney consult with me essentially to agree to the terms/dispute anything?

You are very ffolish to attempt to handle a real estate transaction without an Attorney. The mere preparation of a rder without following the rules of Attorney Review is of no value.
