Justice Civil Court Citation
I am being sued by Target National Bank, FKA, Retailers National Bank
for unpaid credit card. I live in Texas, I do own my home but am without a job. Not sure what to do, I do not have money to hire a lawer. They wanted me to borrow money aganst my home, but then I would not be able to pay back the loan and would lose my home. It's not much but all I have.
Please tell me what steps to take.

Can a search warrant be opposed or canceled?
should I set an appointment up to see the D.A. or Magistrate to show my evidence or possibly squelch all?
