restraining order
I was served a restraining order for false accusations on assult and these allegations are so so false, I am do to go to court on June 25th, 2007, I would like to know how does a person fight this?
i was arrested for DUI and possession of marijuana. afterwards i was only charged with DUI. i plead guilty to the DUI. now over a year after the arrest i have received a letter from the county attorney offering me the option to do TASC instead of criminal prosecution.
can i be charged two separate times for one arrest? if so is TASC truly the better option?
