I got arrested for felony threats and bailed out. when do I get to know who is my accuser?

Typically prosecutors are reluctant to disclose this information to reduce the risk of retaliation. So even when you get copies of police reports the identity of the accuser is redacted. Another tactic used is to get a grand jury indictment which delays the discovery process and trial to a later date. Eventually you will learn the persons identity but it takes time. Good luck.
