During my recent trip to Sea World Park I was asked to provide my finger prints in order to purchase a year pass. My gym (24 hour Fitness) does the same to enter the facility. I'd like to know if I have to submit to these requests, questioning the security and protection of this information, who it might be shared with, and failing to see why a form of ID wouldn't suffice. Could you let me know of the legality and possible recourse? Thanks,

My Girlfriend Is 20 and I Am 16

I know that it is illegal for us to have intercourse but i belive if we did the lawsuite could be pulled I kno im young but I am way more mature than most all kids in my grade and possibly even my whole school i was really wondering i guess if it is also legl for me to represent myself yes it sounds crazy but i have already thought all of it out. The whole thing really revolves around the maturaty of the people. if a 16 yr old shoots a person he should be tried as an adult because is mature enough to make that distion to pull the trigger not if i was to have sex with my girlfriend i have made that disition unmonipulated and unpressured in fact i am pushing her. and another thing the law says that it is not statatory rape if the two people are married so if you really look at it this all ties bak to no sex before marrage which is in the bible which is illegal to mix in court so therefore the law is unjust in this way im kind of rambling but i hope i got my point across

Ward Secede from City?

Many residents of Evanston, IL's 3rd Ward would like to secede from the City of Evanston. I am one of the leaders in this effort. We have numerous reasons why we would like to secede from the city. The alderman has asked us to ask an attorney about the ward's legal rights to secede from the City of Evanston. We would still like to belong to Evanston Township but that is a different matter.

I work a mother baby unit which services many christian families with children who visit their siblings after birth. REcently many male visitors have worn clothing with very lewd messages on them. We were told we could do nothing because we would be going against their freedom of speech. Is there anything we can do to protect our mothers and babies from being exposed to this filth?
