Forced to attend AA

Dear Sir/Madame,

After attending a funeral I received a dui.

As part of my probation I must attend a county health department program. I am also being forced to attend three AA meetings a week. These meetings start with prayer and end with hand holding and the lords prayer. Throughout the meetings ''god'' and ''a higher power'' are referred to. I find these meeting unbelievably offensive. I am required to seek out a ''sponsor'' and to attend ''home meetings''

The weekly ''worksheet'' I received has questions like who is my sponsor, How many AA meetings I attended, what step I am working on, how many AA mettings I will attend next week, etc.

I was told tonight (because I refuse to refer to my self as an alcoholic) that I must be suffering from ''DUI-isium''

It is a 50 mile round to attend, three times a week.

Can the local health dept. force me to attend?

Denied access to court.....

With an intestate decedent, an estranged spouse, 1 minor child, 3 adult children (not with spouse, me +2), need to contest PR, no cash up front, minimal cash in estate how can the Florida (Pinellas) Circuit Court refuse my Constitutional right to equal access by saying that I MUST be represented by counsel when I cannot find an attorney to help me (interviewed a few and spoken to local legal aid as well as law school)?

Rights not being read

Court case and getting compensation

regarding my question, i will mention every things as follows:

I was working for ten years with one airline in state of kuwait for my best performance during this ten years service.

all of sudden and exactelly on june 1990 they terminated my service without giving me any reson as they claimed it is the policy of the company!!!.

then i came to know that my direct boss who is kuwaiti and moslim, he appointed in my place a moslim employee as he hate christianity and christians.

after further period this company and same boss terminated service of another two christians employees.

then i came to know that they have policy to remove all of christian employees.

then gulf war started and every things over.

so the question which i am asking it is possible to make a court case against this airline whom they terminated my service on discrimination basis because i am christian as it is my right to do and to ask compensation as a result of this discrimination action to me.

plase try to help me to make this case and to get some reasonable compensation against this criminal action which done to me as i did not make any bad thins during my ten years service and i have the appreciation letters as proof of my faithfully.

Are there any laws governing the distribution of flyers or brochures to houses/condos/apartments? If one of the above residents has a sign that says 'No Solicitors', does that only mean you can't knock on their door to try to sell them something? Can you place a flyer on their door?

property owner rights

The way I have always understood the Contitution, it gives the citizens of the United States the right to own property (in this case houses). It doesn't say what you have to do with that property. It doesn't say that it has to be occupied. It does not say that it can't be used to store the owners personal property. It has always been that the house had to be secured. The doors locked and all of the windows intact. and the grass kept mowed. Now in Parsons, Kansas the city has gone on a condemnation spree, while at the same time going into the housing business. Their plan is to clear out all of the houses that they consider undesirable and build new ones to sell to middle income people. Thinking that the poor people will then move into the houses that the middle income people use to rent. The flaw in their plan is that the poor people in this town can not afford to pay the higher rent prices of these houses.But I guess my question is, Is'nt it some how illegal for the city to prevent people from fixing up their houses, then condem them(some of which aren't in that bad of shape) while at the same time going into the housing business. Previously they make people rent them for 15 years for about $400 or so. and only then sell them.
