My son is in the 4th grade. There is a boy with autism in his class who daily uses profanity,he has tried to choke the teacher and also another student. He has also made threats to blow up the school(with everyone in it!) I have talked to the B.O.E. and principal with no results. How can they let this student behave this way in a classroom setting? Help!!! I want to know what laws ''protect''him and what laws are there to protect my son?

catholic schools

I will keep this short. My son was accused of selling drugs to people in his catholic school, which he did not do. He was told to withdraw or they would call the police and charge him. Since he did not do this and there is no evidence besides another student saying he did this and that is all, is there any case? They told us the constitution stops at their front door and they can do what they please, is this true? Please help with an answer. Thank you.

1st amendment infringement

I petitioned a website that allows people to customize/design tshirts to print shirts for me. Nowhere on the site does it say anything about what can/cannot be printed. I designed two shirts and both were voided because of ''graphical content.'' However, their site has nothing pertaining to that subject anywhere. Simply ''Design what you want.'' I feel that they are directly infringing upon my right by not allowing me to have my tshirts printed that I designed. What rights do I have in this situation?

The St. Supreme Crt. Comm. has denied my review

I need help, The Crt of Appeals mandated that trial court proceedings could go forth subject to their t.crts determint. I filed a motion for new trial, vac. of Decs and then waited. The judge, after 90 days never responded thus violating RCW 2.28.240. After such violation he sent me a ''letter'' not an order stating that my motions were denied. I motion the Crt. of App. to recall thier mandate, they immediat. rejected it to Supr Crt, I filed a motion for Discr Review, supre crt denied my motion saying I didn't provide certain informar. to support the recall.RAP 13.5(d) says I can refile but I am leary to go it alone leastwise w/o a clearer understand. Meanwhile the attonrey in quest. has a 2 million policy waiting for my legal pursuits to end in default. That attorney was formerly disbarred and placed on 2 year prob.

I am my own worst enemy, even though I know a great deal, like research, shepardis and draft doc. I sense that if my mot. 2 recon doesn't go well, fed crt maybe nexr and that will be even tougher. I need someone whose smart and take 1st lead, I can still do filings, leg word and research. Thxs
