Otherwise you can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about the school and you can file a complaint seeking admission and/or a refund from the Board of Cosmetology. Finally, if these remedies are unsuccessful you can file a small claims suit against the school. You are more likely to have success with the Board of Cosmetology which licenses the school.
