How to save girl from this case
Unfortunately, you could be sued in a civil proceeding. People can sue for pretty much any reason. I think it's fair to say that most personal injury attorneys would not take a case involving a physical dispute between a man and a woman unless there are significant injuries, in an unprovoked attack, that were caused by a person of substantial means (or some type of general liability renter's or homeowner's insurance).

real estate question
I inherited a home in 2001 and it has since been occupied and maintained by family. I'm in college currently and should be graduating in approximately 2 yrs and I've been asked various times by family members to buy the home from me since it's in need of some repairs that I can't afford. My question is can if I did decide to sell the home is there anyway that I can require them to give me first of refusal if they decide to sell the home.
