If I was pulled over for speeding and has the officer to see my point of speed does he have to show me

The officer does not have to show you the radar at the scene though information about it can be obtained in discovery, if you dispute the ticket.

The officer isn't required to show you the radar. But as stated previously, you are able to get all the radar information through the discovery process. You should consider hiring an attorney to help you through this process.

In Ohio, the point of speed is written on the ticket. 70 in a 55mph zone. He is not legally required to show you the radar gun at the scene. However, if you are disputing the ticket, you are able to attain all evidence against you through the discovery process. This would include all recordings and print outs of your speed.
