There are many variables that go in to the calculation. The statutory max for the Home 1st is 20 years. The person will most likely face sentencing as a habitual offender, and when combined with other offense variables that may be present the potential prison exposure could near this statutory max. This person needs to retain an attorney. Feel free to contact me if representation is needed.
