If I marry and I own property and have my on banking, does it stay mine

I agree. Also note that money you earn, or that your spouse earns, from wages and salaries is community property after you marry, so don't deposit your paycheck in your separate-property bank account; that would be commingling. Similarly, using your earnings to reduce the principal balance on a mortgage on your separate property may result in the marital community acquiring a sliver of an interest in that property.

I agree.
