in Spring '08 i took an EMT course at the Victor Valley Community College.I passed my mid term & final with a "B" I faild the Skills portion which would make me have the ability to get certification as an EMT in the Inland Empire.on the course description it said nothing that i had to pass the skills certification portion in order for the class grade to be awarded.having failed the skills portion, getting the B on the Final they put a D on my transcript.(there were no "C" grades availible in this class~ the grades were A,B,D,F & you had to pass EVER WEEKS test with 80%).I would like to sue the teacher & the school because I have proof that I passed the course with a B.(I took the class for self edification as I am a caregiver to a then 86 year old parent & wanted to be aware of signs & symptoms of diseases, injury, life threating diseases). Do I have a Case? & where do I find an EDUCATION lawyer!?

The school is required to outline its course requirements in either the course description in the catalog or (more likely) in a separate course syllabus provided to you at the beginning of the class.
