In the state of Florida, if I make a "salary" of $22,000 a year; how many hours can I work before I get overtime?

If you are properly characterized as "salaried" you would not get overtime. If you are not properly classified as a salary exempt employee, then you would be entitled to overtime for all hours worked over 40 in a week.
