My grandmother passed away in 2008 she left a testament with property to her children they since passed what can be done

There are a few factors that determine the best course of action. First, where was your grandmother's estate/will probated? Second, did they predecease or post decease? Third, has the executor applied for ancillary letters? Fourth, have the hiers informed anyone in PR of the death? I suggest you consult a lawyer if the property has value because the NJ estate will have to be organized in order for the PR court to act.

You need to contact a lawyer in Puerto Rico to see if you have any rights to the property.
