Question: Item 703 requires tabular disclosure regarding any purchase made by or on behalf of the issuer or any affiliated purchaser of shares or other units of any class of the issuer's equity securities that are registered by the issuer under Exchange Act Section 12. In connection with an employee benefit plan, an employee exercises an option using a process known as "net" option exercise. Is this transaction a repurchase by the issuer that the issuer must disclose under Item 703?
commercial prepayment penalty
My company owns commercial property which is guaranteed by me personally as wel as another company I own. The other company filed Chapter 11. Although we've never been late on the commercial loan the bank has called it along with the prepayment penalty of over $500K. Any way around this? Bank not budging. Anything in the new bail out bill that will help us?
Teenager visitation rights
My son is a sophomore and has decided that he no longer wants to spend the night at his dads on his fathers weekends. He does not feel comfortable in his dads home and he does not like being around his dads partner. He feels that his dads partner is very insensitive. They have been a couple for 15 yrs but now my son says he just can't take it anymore. He does still want to see his dad and keep a relationship with his dad. His dad is a sperm donor who legally does not pay child support but legally has visitation rights. He expressed his feelings to his dad and his dad says he still has to go over and should make this type of decision when he turns 16 in jan. What rights does my son have?
