I’ve been sick for the last week and they made me stay home because the coronavirus, and I keep communication with my stuff via phone because I’m a nurse and they told me not to keep contact with them because I have a doctors note and they share my note from the doctor with several people my question is are they allowed to share my doctors note with several people and CORPORATE they have nothing to do with me
Since it's presumably your corporate managers who decide what procedures need to be implemented for the entire company, they pretty clearly need to know about your health.
401k
From 1991 to 2000 I was putting money into a 401k at the job I was at....I was single at the time....I was laid from that job and forgot about the money....In 2005, after being married for 3 years, I received a check for $16,000 ( my 401k)....Now since I opened this 401k before I got married, was/is this money considered community property or is it mine....again i was single when I opened the 401k, and married when I received the money

my husband just found out he had a 12 year old daughter. Someone else's name is on the birth certificate but DNA test confirmed him as the father. Her mother lets her live with a relative, her hygiene is neglected and she barely go to school. Her mother calls when ther are issues but my husband's daughter is not allowed to come to our home. Do we have any legal rights? Do we have a chance in gaining custody of her or visitations? Will he have to pay back child support?
