No funds have been deposited and the escrow agent listed in the agreement is incorrect.
It depends on what your rights under the contract are, which are going to be stated in the contract. The fact that the contract made an error in naming the escrow company will probably not be a material term giving you an excuse to back out. It is also important why you want to back out.
