should i plead guilty, not guilty or stand mute to my probation violation arraigment? I am on probation for an MIP and i got a violation for use of marijuana/alcohol

I strongly suggest you plead not guilty and retain a lawyer to help mitigate the damage. Look for a lawyer that primarily practices criminal defense and has experience handling probation violations. If you cannot afford an attorney, ask the judge to appoint you one.
