What accountability does an executor (my sister) of an estate have to her siblings? How do I uncover, if any, problems with my Mother's will?

I can only speak to Alabama probate proceedings, so if your's is in Florida, you will need to re-post using that state.

In Alabama, the executor is accountable to all the heirs and if in doubt, the heirs can request an Accounting from the executor. You must use an attorney for this, so contact one in the area where the will is being probated.
