Will getting unemployment and government health insurance affect my n400 Citizenship application?

No, unemployment benefits do not make you ineligible for citizenship.

This should not be a problem. Unemployment is an insurance program, not a government benefit.

Getting unemployment benefits and government health insurance will not affect your ability to naturalize.
