Sexual Harassment from co-worker

I have a coworker that is constantly hitting on me and asking me out, no matter how many times I've told him no. He cornered me in the freezer and tried to kiss me. I informed my boss of the situation and she scheduled our working hours differently. But the situation has now escalated to a hostile work environment based on what he is doing. What I can I do short of quitting?

my new boss (of 1 week) started calling us women in his office prostitutes. He said he was ''Pimping us for payments'' (I was at a collection office). On Wed, he said to me ''Dont sound like last weeks hooker when you call these people''. I have been VERY upset over these remarks & terms. I wrote him a formal letter asking him to stop and that I was uncomfortable & this was making for a hostile work enviro. he called me into a meeting with another rep and reamed me for a while then agreed to stop. On my way out the door, he said ''thanks a lot hooker''

I immediatly went to my desk and emailed him: that because of this harassment he has made for an intollerable work enviorment and has forced me to quit eff immediatly.

Do I have a case for anything?

I have copies of all documentation.

What do I do?

NOW, he sent me my last paycheck...3 hrs short!

Harassment at previous employer

I left employment with the employer in question in Nov. 2006, I felt that I could not pursue legal help at that time due to my husband still being employed by the company. I have several instances where I was degraded and worked to a different standard during my employment. My husband is now leaving this company - can I still file to prevent this from happening to others?

Appreciate a legal opinion

A co-worker and I are on paid administrative leave while a sexual harrassment claim is being investigated. She and I have had about 5 separate email conversation where there was some sexual innuendo. Another employee stole my co-workers password and read all of her emails. That third employee went to HR and filed a sexual harrassment claim. The third employee told my co-worker that he was going to go to HR just to make her life hell and to get her fired. We've now been on leave since Monday and have not heard from our company since then.

Is looking at sexual explicit websites at work, without commenting them with anyone and without showing them to anyone considered sexual harassement in case somebody in the accidentaly office sees that? My boyfriend has been harassed by

an ex-girlfriend for the last 9 months.

She calls and texts him repeatedly.

My 16 year old daughter was working in a fast food restaurant this summer where a 27 year old cook harrassed her sexually. He touched her when he walked by her, made comments and forced her to kiss him. She didn\'t tell us or the employer until after she had quite the job. She has talked to the manager a few times, who subsequently said the cook has denied everything so she hasn\'t done anything. My daughter met with her again and the manager offered to mediate a meeting between her and the cook. I\'m not sure this is a good idea and want to know what kind of recourse we have in the situation. I don\'t think there are any witnesses to the worst offence, his forcing her to kiss him. I am a female and was employed by a fast food chain where the owner was the one harrasing me.He had made several comments about my body and how he feels about me.I am happily married and became very uncomfortable with these remarks.He even called me drunk on a weekend and even though the call started out business like took a turn in the direction of how he thinks I am so hot and comments about my body.The last straw was when he said he could have my husband ''set up'' with drugs because her has a lot of cop friends and that he would be put away for a couple of years and that I could live with him.He is 6'6 and very large and intimdating.He had talked about promating me and working out of his house as an office.After the last incident about setting my husband up I worked the next day and told my husband and we decided that I would not go back.On that monday I did not call in and the owner sent his brother(partner) to my gated community to try and speak to me.I had put them both on a ''Do Not allow'' in list.The went so far as to call the gurad shack and pretended to be my husband 3 times in the next 1/2 hr and tried to have themselves put on the approved list. theres more but i am running out of room.Do I have a case?

Molestation/rape when I was little; now an adult.

I was molested/raped when I was a very young (~age 4) little girl by my uncle, who now resides in West Virginia. I never told anyone when I was younger until now so my uncle is ''free'' and not behind bars, where he should be. I am now 21, almost 22, and have told my current partner about my past.

My question is:

Is there anything legally I can do to put him where he belongs? If so, what and who would I contact?

I am not looking for money out of this situation, but I am wanting my uncle to be locked up so no other little child is hurt by him the way I was.

job after complaining to my direct

supervisors about the frequency of

sexual and crass comments in the

work place. I was discrete and

professional, and simply asked if the

offending persons could be held

accountable for their actions. One of

these persons was the president of

the company. I was hired through a

third party agency. Meanwhile, I am

out a job, and I have bills to pay. I

am suffering undue financial,

emotional, and personal hardships

simply because I spoke out and

asked that the inappropriate

behavior stop. Is there anything

that I can do legally?

About a year ago I left my previous employer due to a highly unprofessional environment where the sales manager would multiple times a week make comments regarding things such as ''your son will be in jain fucked in the ass by bubba''. After about 6 months of this constantly, I complained to my boss, and the problem went away for a short time after that. It then returned, and I eventually left the company. I was willing to let it pass until today when I was turned down for annother position based on me being honest and saying that I had a conflict with the previous sales manager and left due to the unprofessional environment. Since this has happened, I would like to pursue some legal actions against the harrasser and my previous company. Is this possable?

Is it illegal to video tape someone when you are trying to have sex with that person if they don't know about it especially if both people are underage? And if so, what kind of charge would they get? And is it still illegal if that person tried to get it on tape but that person didn't actually have sex?

The other night I was on the metro in Maryland and was harassed by some guys after I told them I wasn't interested and have a boyfriend. For the next ten mintues, until we reached the end of the line, they continued to make extremely sexual and disturbing remarks about me. I felt very nervous and was scared that they would harm me if I tried to do anything to defend myself, such as call security. Is there any law against sexual harassment in a non-work enviornment? Is there any legal recourse I could have taken against them had I called security or even the police? I hate that they are walking around thinking that it's ok for them to talk to women like that.

my father 71, owner of a small store in ark. had one lady per shift working there. one rented a apt. in the back of the store as well. the lady is late 40's. my father told both workers he was going to sell the store. he did, the man who bought it asked the lady to move out of the apt. and fired her. now the lady has sent my father a letter stating she is going after him for, making her move and sexual harassment. he had nothing to do with her having to move, he didn't own the store on that date. and as far as sexual h. well lets just say at 71, everything isn't working no sex with my mother in years. all of this is just a way to get money from him. my question is, is this mainly a civil matter, or can she have him arrested. i don't think she is claiming he had sex with her. just that he asked for sex, he never fired her or said he would if she didn't. nor held back any pay and of course there was not a higher paying job there to be held back from. she worked there for around 3 years. he didn't work with her, only came in a hour before closing to count the money. thank you for your time.
