i have worked for my boyfriend for 3 years he fired me today because he didnt see me over the weekend . He is also the owner of the company . what can i do about this im a single mom with no help from any one.

With the little bit of information you've provided, I'm not sure there is much you can do. I would have to know all the facts, but unless you were fired for a discriminatory reason, employees in Louisiana are at-will and can be fired for any reason.
