harrasment/discrimination at work

i was harassed at work by a doctor in jan.2006. I failed to make a formal complaint thinking my boss would handle the situation and I can forget about it. I verbally agreed not to press charges they told me if i did the Dr. can lose his license. Since then I've lost hours at work and I was not allowed to go back to one of the companies location because this person worked there. Now almost a year later they want me to go back to this location or I lose the few hours of work i have left with this company. When i asked why they are allowing me to go now, my supervisor said I wouldn't be working in the Emergency room which is where the Dr. works. I don't feel safe going back to this place but i also don't want to lose my hours. I have expressed my anger and concern with my supervisor but he just puts his head down and doesn't say much. Is there anything I can do about this situation?

Re: harrasment/discrimination at work

You may have been discriminated and retaliated against. Give our offices a call or e-mail me directly. I'll send you a short questionnaire that will help us determine how much you are entitled to recover.
