Jury trials and the vehicle code
I have been cited and released for driving with a suspended license and driving a vehicle,my friends, that did not have current registration. The so called suspended license was do to an unfounded allegation of owed child support. The child support services division has sent me a letter saying
that I am ''in compliance'' to the court and I have regained my license.
The OC DA has sent me a letter stating that I have to make a court appearance and plead to the charges.
My question is very basic. Can I plead not guilty and request a jury trial?
We live on a horse property approximately 3.5 acres in Orangevale, CA. My neighbor's property is approximately 8 acres. My neighbor is obssesed with security. He isnstalled cameras all over his property. One of the cameras is overlooking our pool area and another is overlooking our garage and driveway. I
feel like its an invasion of privacy. What are our rights in regard to this issue? Thank you!
I have been charged with possession of marijuana over 4 ounces under 5 lbs . and possession of a controlled substance in Amarillo Texas. The lawyer initially tried to have case dismissed based on grounds that it was an illegal stop. the court has denied this motion and offered me a plea deal of 5 years deferred probation. What are my other options available? is there option for appeal and what are the repercussions if lost? full sentence vs. previously offered deal?

With the talk of doing new things immigration, if I want to marry my boyfriend who is not from the USA can he still get papers through me or would that new law void that from happening?
