There is an organization that promotes a program through schools, currently in all 50 states.
We build a product that is used in these programs, for the last few years we have exhibited at the tournaments, this organization holds. We were advised today that we are not going to be allowed to exhibit at the shows anymore, no reason would be given. I suspect that if we do get a reason, it will be that our product is not approved. We currently build the same product for major organizations around the country.
In the past we have attempted to become an "approved" product, they currently have three other manufacurers they approve, and was told the "board" approved whom ever they wanted. No criteria to meet was available.
Is it legal to prohibit our company from doing business with the schools in this way?
