Car loan
My ex-boyfriend fled this car. I went and co-signed for him while him and I were dating and because my credit was better, I am the main Owner on the car loan. He never got permission from me to leave the state..and he is currently 2 1/2 months past due on the car. He has been 30 days past due on the account 7 times..I feel that I have no control over the situation or my credit getting screwed up..I don't have that kind of money to pick of his slack..I want to know if there is anything that I can do about this situation..I am tired of dealing with him not doing what he is suppose to. I had amazing credit until he screwed it up..There has to be something that I can do to either get my name off of it..OR get the car back OR I dont know..Is there any legal documentation that can be sent stating that all of the responsibility is on him? Please HELP..
