i feel i was taken advantage of and robbed by motel6
Today me and my guest were degraded and humiliated by a bully working at motel6. It was in. The afternoon heat and I hasd the baby in my arms and the room key wouldn't work. Because the baby was screaming I asked the maid working next door to open the roomfor us. She refused. Rather then making the baby more uncomfortable my guest opened up my room by easily popping off the already bent and loosened screen and went in through the window.
Broken Promise
I was hired by an employer that promised me he would provide employment for me. I broke my lease in New Jersey, Put my furniture in storage,
and drove down to florida I have worked four hours since I have been here which is about a month. Is this employer responsible for my situation?
I would like to know if it is within my rights to demand, or request some sort of monetary compensation for my being available, yet not resicving work?
