If so, an additional issue is what penalty should be imposed.Recommended suspension until Intervention Project for Nurses (IPN) evaluates and, if necessary, orders treatment and probation for three years on such conditions as IPN recommends for a nurse who obtained Oxycontin with a forged perscription.
