The issue in this case is whether Ms. Nalda, a foreign trained applicant for licensure as a physical therapist by examination, has proven that she is eligible to sit for the licensure examination required by Section 486.031(3)(b), Florida Statutes (1935). In its preliminary action, the Board had indicated that Ms. Nalda has not presented evidence of educational credentials which are "deemed equivalent to a bachelor's degree in physical therapy in the United States" as required by Rule 21M-7.020, Florida Administrative Code (1966).Petitioners' request to sit for the licensure exam for Physical Therapists for the fourth time, granted. Educational credentials deemed adequate.
