39-4 -105 failure to observe a traffic signal. The police officer was on a side street, unable to view the traffic signal that controlled my direction. However, he claimed that his signal turned to a steady green for about 2 seconds. How would he know the signal in my direction was operating properly

Based on what you have said, you will need to have a trial if you believe that you are not guilty. A lawyer could help, but if you choose not to retain a lawyer, you should at least go to Court and speak to the prosecutor. explain what you have stated here, If you can't work it out, you will need to go to trial and let the Judge decide. feel free to call with any questions.
