I recommend that you retain a Guam attorney or paralegal with specialization in the area of wills, trusts and probate matters. A relatively inexpensive consultation should allow you to learn whether there has been any probate proceeding. This is not something a California lawyer would ordinarily be able to handle directly. I looked up "Guam attorney probate" in a Google search and found quite a few Web sites that might be leads to finding someone who can help you.
