2nd degree criminal tampering
during an argument with my x-wife, i threw fruit loops in the driver's side seat of her car. sgtupid? yes criminal tampering??? your thoughts? do i have a defencable position?

Plead not guilty to anything other than misdemeanor goofiness. For damn sure plead not guilty to anything that adds a domestic violence designation.
Whose fruit loops were they? They had to belong to your wife to sustain a charge of criminal tampering. Frankly, any DA who charges this must have a few fruit loops in his own vicinity.
