business contract

I recently entered into a contract with a company to do 90 percent of their local deliveries in Phoenix Arizona. This contract was signed both by myself and the other companies corporate office. The local office here in Phoenix did not realize the contract was for 90 percent and does not want to honor the contract. I don't see how they can back out being that their corporate legal department has review and agreeded to all terms. They have signed this contact and so have I. What can I do. If you can respond quickly I would appreciate it. Times are tough and I need this account to stay in business. Thankyou,

Re: business contract

We would like to see the contract in question first in order to determine your options. If we determine it is worth pursuing, we will have our principal attorney meet with you to discuss your options. There would be a one-hour consultation fee connected with the review, analysis, research and advice on how to deal with this. the one hour fee would be applied toward any future action you desired us to take.
