Trust Funds
My wife has a trust fund that has her brother named as tustee. He is hostile to her and won't disburss any money. It appears he is planning on keeping it for himself. She has been forced to pay taxes on capital gains that she doesn't receive. Can she give the trust fund back?

executor is not doing his job . Can we petition the judge about having a court appointed executor settle the estate. How do we do that.?( It is about 8 months since the will was read.)
