My husband was recently sent back to his country he had a an interview with the embassy he was told he had to stay in his counrtry for 3years? My questions is can he apply fo ra visa to visit here in th eunited states or what can he do to visit??
executor expenses
I've bee appointed an executor of an estate, but I need to know if I get reimbursed for ''OUT OF POCKET'' expenses plus my executor fee? And how would I get it?

We are in the beginning stages of divorce...there no legal agreement for visitations do i have to let the children see him? If I do allow the kids to see him can he ''keep'' them?
i was charged with petty larceny back in december 2010.
my next court date is august 15, 2011
however, because it is summer time, my family is going on vacation out of the country to the philippines and i was wondering if i would be allowed to leave the country for a short period of time. i will be back before august 15. but are there certain rules in order for me to leave the country while on trial.
