Academic Exam Copyright Protection
I designed exams for 28 school courses for grades 9-12 and I was interested in obtaining copyright to protect the academic test. However, I was told that academic tests are not offered copyright protection.
How can I get the academic tests that I created under copyright protection?

If you created these exams while employed by the school, then they would be "works for hire" and the copyright would belong to the emlpoyer (school).
