adjustment and travel after marying US citizen
I asked before but did not give full picture of the situation. I'm foreign. I'm visiting US in December to spend my birthday with my US citizen boyfriend. He invited me for a week at Vegas so I am under impression he will propose me there. My question is: if I marry in Vegas and leave the US to spend Christmas with my parents as I do every year, I can't return to US with him before adjustment (that maybe take ages). If I marry in Vegas and applly for parole to travel immediately, I don't think it can be done in time for Christmas with my family oveseas. If I get pregnant (our plans to marry is to have children straight away because we are over 40) and we stay overseas waiting for adjustments perhaps we can't return to US t give birth to the kid there as we want. Any solution???? How long after marrying in US a couple can travel overseas?

Adjustment doesn't take forever anymore. If you marry now and apply right away, you should get the advance parole in time (1-2 months), but hurry and hire a great lawyer to be sure it's done fast, like me. I just prepared a case and was able to file the day after I received everything from my clients. That's what good teamwork between attorney and client can do.
