Pennsylvania's Medical Marijuana Act details in excruciating detail the prescribing limits placed on physicians (the only allowed prescribers). New Jersey's MMA differs from Pennsylvania at the outset by not limiting prescribers to physicians. Any medical professional with DEA prescribing authority

Driver's License Clearance Letter
My husband is trying to get his drver's license here in Texas. He was told he needs to get a clearance letter from Michigan where he previously had a license. He lost his license due to DUIs. This was approx. 15 years ago. He did everything he was supposed to do(conseling, AA's, alcohol testing, probation, etc.) Now they are saying he needs to complete all these things and go to a hearing in Michigan. He has not lived in Michigan in years and lives and works here in Texas. What should he do? Does he need an attorney here in Texas or in Michigan or what? He has quit drinking completely-about 4 yrs. now. We are really frustrated. He needs to get his license as soon as possible.
I am divorced and have never missed a CS payment. From time to time, when I had a little extra money, I have helped my ex out by giving her money for kids clothes and stuff above and beyond what was required by law. Sometimes several hundred dollars a month. With the down turn in the economy, no pay raises, and rapidly increasing insurance premiums for my kids insurance plans I don't have the extra money that I used to. My ex says that because I started helping her out with extra money several years ago that now I am obligated to continue doing so indeffinately. Is this true? What would the court say. I have ran the numbers and an increase in CS is not warranted at this time. Any help would be appreciated.
