adultery

I am legally married and have receently found out that my husband is having an affair(commiting adultery)He has left the home, not put in a change of address and is not providing me with any monetary resources forcing me to seek puplic assistance. Is there a suit that can be filed agaisnt the other women because of my emotional duress. If that is possible would it be filed as part of family law or crimal law? The other women knowlingly got involved with my husband.

Re: adultery

California is a no-fault divorce state. Adultery is not against the law, and generally not actionable.
