agreements for internet
I have Internet site for users. For me need:1)Acceptable Use Policy, 2)User Agreement, 3)Privacy Policy, 4)Agreement for users, who advertise his service on my site, 5)Agreement between me and my programmers, where my programmers transfer whey work and rights on this program. Please advice me what form could I use from yours? I live in CA.

I draft these for most of my clients and our CA attorney would contribute regarding the fact that you appear to be based in CA. I would need to see your site and discuss it with you, but I've never met most of my clients in person because they are located around the world. I use Skype to communicate with most of them and I don't have to charge CA fees because I live in New Orleans and office at home. I maintain my clients' privacy, but I was previously General Counsel (and drafted the contracts)for directNIC.com, Parked.com, DomainContender.com and others.
